We love our huge back yard filled with large live oaks, which provide lots of shade. This yard is great for children, dogs and is perfect for bbqs.I love that we have space to grow our own veggies. The addition of our raised garden beds has provided us the opportunity to have our own little backyard garden.
Location, location, location! Our house is perfectly placed with easy access to both I-35 and Mopac. Downtown is a very short drive away- you can get anywhere in the city in 15 minutes!
Our home is very conveniently located near many amenities- HEB, the shops at Southpark Meadows, and restaurants galore are all a few minutes away. There is also a Costco, new Alamo Drafthouse and Whole Foods all within a few minutes drive. This convenience has proven to be useful time and time again.
The family- friendly neighborhood is very quiet and welcoming. There are always people walking their dogs and Dittmar Rec Center, with a brand new playscape, is just a short walk away.
Our house has 2 living spaces, which allows for lots of creative options.
We have added lots of custom touches to our home including: Antique/Reclaimed Heart Pine Floors, custom master shower, custom wood blinds, recently updated eco-friendly carpet, low flow toilets, surround sound built into the living room and a beautiful stone patio.
I love our kitchen! We recently updated our kitchen with stainless steel appliances and new hardware on the cabinets. The travertine backsplash and Corian countertops are easy to maintain. Plus, there is plenty of counter space and storage.
The open flow of our house makes it the perfect spot for entertaining. We have hosted many dinner parties and having plenty of both indoor space and outdoor space made for wonderful evenings.
This house has been very well cared for. We have taken great care of it and our updates have added value. We feel this is more than just a house- it’s a home.
